You have such a massive amount of global supply coming from a 3rd world country. It has competing foreign interests in China v's U.S How long before one of those countries decides to overturn the govt. Does DRC need more democracy?
At the end of the day the whole world benefits from Cobalt mining in other countries (not to mention the horrendous conditions those miners/slaves/kids work in)
