I can certainly do something about it - I've many choices on where to move, if I have to move

you may well have the same - but, you are anchored by an uninsurable house in a place which is close to the risk area of conflict

I may well be close to the conflict as well - but, I've got some pretty solid options available for escape routes and places I can presently go legally - doors open.

We shall see

I hope none of us see anything like it and I hope you can look back and laugh at my thoughts on it in a decade or so. I would be very happy to be wrong on this.
