Hey Hawk, I think the SP is the evidence.
I have been in IMU for a long time and I know a few long term investors that held big positions - basically I followed them into IMU. They have decided to cash out.
Why? I did not going into detail but am aware they have been disappointed in the leadership. Cap raise on the horizon, not if but when. Positive re-rate news (Oncarlytics) possibly 5 - 8 months away, could be something before then (including the possibility of the cap raise!). So they might get back in if next the cap raise is done before news hits, but in the mean time they deploy their capital elsewhere.
Such a shame to be in this position. But that's Biotech investing ... the PH way.
