A little bit tough! Facts are that some sloppy decisions have been made within ASB for a few years & Rothwell does have a tag as a 'meddler'. Probably best he retires and hands the reins over to others. And at his age, he has contributed all of his wisdom. Where ASB can go from here is an area which Rothwell doesn't have super significant experience or a brimming little black book.
I haven't done any checking into Spencer, but from a geo-political and commercial perspective it does make sense to have direct contacts with the Navy brass as well as the Defence Department.
I've invested in ASB not because of their past (which ain't that good) but for the potential of the future.
