Deltic’s situation is disgraceful to be honest. They made the largest new discovery in over 5 years, farm 80% out to shell, who refuse to help fund Deltic’s position and who then end up paying nothing for 100%.
Labour’s policy of going after the “oil giants” has spectacularly backfired with an oil giant winning the prize.
