when Spot price was skyrocketing, and AGY was at lesser place than we are today went to 80c and other like LKE just resource alone went over 2dollars. that same ASN was almost 40c with nothing to show for.
Spot price and sentiment is primary. cemented by progress. It is primary not secondary, all in my opinion.
Share price is not rational, it is very emotionally driven.
