I vote Yes.
We need to get out of this with as much as we can, as soon as we can, before any other negative event happens in Mali, like another coup, or more Russian/Wagner group involvement, or international finance restrictions being placed on Mali, or a hundred other not-foreseen negative events, which is definitely likely.
And with luck, Ganfeng will pay T1, and then be honourable about paying T2, because it's pure debt and should not be dependent on anything else, hopefully.
If you don't vote Yes, then you will get almost nothing back, because the Mali government will take 35%, followed by increased taxes and royalties on everything else associated with the mine, and you'll also be paying potential taxes in the Netherlands and Australia on any profit, which will probably never come, because the Lithium price is in the toilet, and then something like the Mali government awarding Wagner and the Russians the security contract for Goulamina may happen (depending on international politics - which are so unpredictable).
The Risk is huge - and Everything is unpredictable.
We need to get out with our britches on.
We need people to Not react with emotion, but to use some intelligence and common sense and understand the situation for what it is, even though it's one you did not want, or had any power over.
Be sensible now, vote Yes, and take what you can, and learn from this, and move on with life.
Please, do not take any actions that PROLONG any further agony.
Be sensible.
