Lots of new posters here today which is good to see. I think that recent company (BoD) performance may have got many people's expectations of what is possible.
A couple of points from me: - The discount was minimal, who else is able to raise capital in the critical minerals sector at the moment at any price? - Despite our company prospects our cash position is not great. There is no sidestepping this, as someone here smartly mentioned we need $$$ to keep the lights on. - Commentary re. cash burn is misguided. Money is not being spent on excessive staff or directors travelling the globe for irrelevant conferences, it is being spent on progressing projects that may deliver significant value in the short, medium and long term being: - Speewah Flourite - Speewah Vanadium Salt Roast (PFS looking MUCH closer than I expected! - Sandover drilling - this looks close too and could prove amazingly lucrative in the very short term - TIVAN plus development - Some cap raise funds being used to pay L1 in cash rather than new issue of shares. Clever move saving dilution. - The company may be negotiating an agreement with Sumitomo sooner rather than later. Our cash position does not put us in a strong bargaining position. This was a normal and to be expected raise which may or may not be the last before we get an agreement with Sumitomo.

This is nothing but an essential blip. GW has mentioned the positive news flow coming our way, likely to continue all year. Flourite PFS has been restated as due in July! Exploration at Sandover is continuing, news could come from this at any time!
