If we complain here nothing happens, i have an 'open complaint' going with Commsec and im going to flog this complaint email, after email, after email, as well as phone calls and if they dont answer il complain about that as well.
Someone at the top has approved this and its obvious this is the most likely 'opinion' - they will get used this - or fck them take it or leave it.
If its not usable, surely no one will use it, i don't like it and i cant use it with confidence.
