Spot on invest. Still - as each critical progressive announcement arrives that will shift particularly as someone posted yesterday I think it was - money parked by some awaiting FID - which is a formality now so some bigger players may arrive soon and place pressure on that of what you state.

The debt stack has shifted significantly higher thus reducing equity component which will assist significantly going forward re dilution etc.

Sure the debt is very large however the only way to secure the substantial CAPEX required for a full RE mine to refine/separation operation with the RS being highly capital intensive. One can see how critical the Aus Gov 280 million (if all required) over run and rapid ramp to full production is and of course the flexibility to renew terms for some of that whole USD533 million facility - again only if required. Fantastic work by management and all parties involved - lets lock in those remaining covered loans and top up with equity - bring on construction/commissioning.
