Hmm. In two minds about this one. I'm unlikely to be taking part in the SPP due to other commitments. However:

1) The dilution isn't huge and gives more certainty of value being unlocked down the track, and

2) Any takeover offer is going to have to come at a nice premium, given BOW's stronger financial footing post SPP and numerous developments underway,

3) Maybe there's a more aggressive plan being hatched that we don't yet know about?
