After the initial JORC a offtake could come very quickly from a end user that wants to secure a supply before other users, it is the lack of supply of Rubidium that makes this project so valuable, not to mention being one of the highest grades in the world, if not the highest grades in the world.
Being in first mover position as a supplier should not be underestimated, I suspect demand will improve as supply becomes available.
