If you want to know what is happening to AAU look at the facts.
Because of the arbitration proceedings launched my AAU the plant and equipment sat in the DR for several years and deteriorated. Value was $6m, now maybe half, realisable value maybe $1.5m. Lets see what,we get, so far nothing.
All the talk of winning upto $40m turns out to be $4.3m. Where is that payment?? Now the DR want more remedial works. Are they making life difficult oh yes they are.
The arbitration was a waste of time fact. What where the legal bills, it cost plenty. Fact the one winner were the lawyers we even paid for the DR lawyers fact, millions in fees.
Look at the last CR raisings never fully subscribed. And the share price drops after each CR.
12 months if everything went well and there is enough cash before the small NS mine starts producing.
As for a JV partner, if look at other projects JV partners often want a big % of the project before putting in their $$$$$.
The most telling fact the share price - collapsed.
