In my view, this reinforces the need to obtain a commercial lawyer's opinion if a decision is made by a number of shareholders to change a Board policy/ies under the terms of the appropriate Act.
That said, a better path-and one we're taking- is to change the composition of the Board by voting out non-performers. Has anyone an opinion on Brad Underwood who's running GAL at the moment? From what I've read, he seems to be well regarded as a leader. If he's considered to be a director who has interests of shareholders in mind, maybe he'd be willing to stand for a HRZ Board position. Bearing in mind HRZ now has a 50% interest in Mt Thirsty which adjoins the GAL tenement
