No, Flambeau, I believe that you don't know how to interpret the accounts. There is an AR lag (the days due accounts receivable lag) in accordance with the JV Agreement. To imply something sinister is simply wrong. All your spreadsheet proves is that there is a lag, which is normal.
Another conspiracy theory. If you doubt me - I suggest you email the company as they will provide you with confirmation of this.
