Look at the graph: 73484175, you can't possibly tell me that is all due to a lag.
I believe it is due to the JV contract only stipulating a set of payments, not factoring in excess.
In fact, why did the payments up until March 2023 only match the JV agreement instead of the actual 70% of exploration costs?
