My apologies if posted previously.
1. An article published two weeks ago reports DB Hitek to make Tesla chips using its bipolar CMOD-DMOS or BCDMOS process.
2. BCDMOS process as outlined in the October 2023 announcement that "Weebit ReAM will be available in DB HiTek's 130m Bipolar-CMOS DMOS (BCD) process". And that chips using this technology could therefore be expected in 2024.
