IMHO the problem is that Biotron is run by academics.
There's no-one with buisness nous there to stop the academics chasing the next shiny toy, the latest being cancer.
They need to focus on one thing and nail it. Too many balls in the air, no money and no more time. The Covid trials better be good or it's over.
