It's actually a $150 million raised by WAF. As the sole lead manager and bookrunner, Euroz Hartley's will collect a tidy $4.5 million in fees with a potential incentive fee of $750k.
As a holder of WAF, I'm undecided on the benefits to shareholders this raise will provide. As a holder of EZL, it's another no questions win.
