Re someone's previous post SP 27c when 500m shares issued.
We now have about 4 billion shares issued , mainly as CR and to Pivacs.
I guess , the thing is , shares issued to institutions and not the public.
Implies, possibly if institutions and pivacs not selling , hard for a player to buy at volume.
FBR history is SP drifting up and down on low volumes , suspect public trading only.
We are all excited that 10m shares traded $300k !!!.
