Yeah no doubt JM.

As I see if it its simply a matter of waiting. whether its this Government now or the next or the one after that at some point a decision has to be made and it has to be approval IMO as has been the case with all the others.

All this white noise about East Coast gas shortages and the like is IMO totally irrelevant. It may add a narrative of need for PEP11 but regardless you have an ASX listed company that has complied with all the rules and regulations of the land and been approved by the impartial regulator. The exploratory drill associated with PEP11 approval and possible future gas found there as a result could in real terms end up anywhere in the world and has little to nothing to do with approval of the permit.

The next little period here will be interesting.

(A) Does the current Government do what it is legally bound to do and deliver a decision
(B) Does the current Government simply take it to the next election and make no decision
(C) Is the September 2024 option expiry date of any significance if BPH are thinking of any pre-emptive legal action if any is available to them
(D) Do we get any news on any of our other projects that will impact the current SP
