Is something up...volumes suggest maybe?
Is it just a pump and dump...very possible?
Is there news on the way...also possible?
The director's buying is what really interests me, but I guess only time will prove if there is any substance to it!
As for the Tsunami angle, I think you can rule that out...last time I looked, their technology was geared towards surveillance via sonar...and not seismic or tidal, as would be required for a tsunami warning system.
