So basically they are raising at 13c per share accounting for ownership dilution. $5m raised would increase listed shares by 48m. Approximately diluting share ownership by 20%. 10.5c is a 20% discount on 13c.
Given the recent raise in the share price, this is a fair result. Not a poor nor a fantasic result.
With money in the bank they can play hard ball with Wogen to obtain more favourable terms. Will be interesting how this washes out.
