You want employee's like Deysel to have skin in the game.
WWI investors definitely want the operational leader of Qala to have a renumeration plan or benefits that aligns snr mgmt tactical day to day decisions with future WWI SP value.
This is common practice in business and a way to get buy-in from employee's because they can make more money from their shares than their salaries with good decisions.
As I said, the Fin Stack is what I'm waiting for because then Deysel will have a proper job to do but for now it's a good sign.
