I read that story and my take on it, was that the headline was somewhat misleading. Did you actually read the whole story yourself or are you just posting headlines for effect?
The story talks about how some carmakers are simply delaying a full transition to EV and instead are doing it at a slower pace, choosing to offer a mixture of EV, hybrid and ICE, which I actually believe is somewhat sensible in part, given the infrastructure of recharging facilities needs to catch up. They all say the EV transition is happening, just that the super fast take up of 21’ and 22’ is not being repeated this year. It IS however still growing
They all have seen increases in the take up of EV,s and hybrids, just not as fast a pace. That is expected. Over the years it is still expected that EV will be taking over.
Stop with all the fear mongering you non-holding fools. Smell the future. It is happening. Us holders can wait for a very long time. Your doom and gloom is nonsense.
