Also goes against the grain of discipline management of capital.
SOL usually plays the long game. It would just wait on register for when capital is needed and up its stake. Or wait til prices for the commodity crash and then buy it.
I would expect nothing less. If they did buy Malabar for an inflsted price I would be first to sell.
Almost sold because of these new convertible note issue. But will give them the bwnefit of doubt for now.
