I have no hesitation in the saying that WAF's share price over the past couple years has much more to do with the political situation in BF than anything the BoD have done.
I also agree that the BoD should have blinkers on when it comes to the SP. They should be acting in the best interest of shareholders and the Co. Do this and the SP will take care of itself. One of my pet hates is Co's that link management performance to the share price. Short term SP spikes and long term value seldom align in my opinion.
