There is a thing called the Hypocritic Oath. The trails are being done. PAA are supplying the MPL. The Doctors/Professors are doing the patient care. PAA get the data.
IMO we should be showing compassion toward the people on their trials, we don't need to know their details just data.
You are missing the fact the the people on the trials are individuals, they have friends and families and even though they chosen to be part of a public trial they are deserving of privacy.
Something else you maybe missing is respect toward those brave souls that are participating in the the trial.
