I'm no doubt in la la land, but I always had it in my head that the path up was not going to be straight and smooth, that prices would drop (with Tesla eventually eating into its fat margins to drive demand/adoption) and that competition would increase and buyers would ultimately benefit.

What I didn't foresee was it taking so long for interest rates to drop and suck some of the demand away from the EV market and that the charging infrastructure would lag behind in keeping up with the number of EVs on the road (more of an issue in the US I think).

Eventually, my gut says the interest rates and charging infrastructure will improve. Governments are motivated on the environmental angle, that will be hard to change, so I am holding on to my stocks with both hands.
