I absolutely agree that Malabar could be done in wonderfully value accretive manner for both current Malabar holders as well as NHC. Adding another 6 months of cash flows through a deferred areangment might bring it to a happy medium, good suggestion.
Itd be disappointing if this is all funneled to Sol's fixed income and mortgage backed securities thing though, bit too cheeky and not the risk Im happy with.
