A big catalyst would be pumping out drummed yellowcake on a profitable scale come year's end.
This crowd has repeatedly disappointed shareholders and the market....Once bitten twice shy comes to mind
As I've said previously it's sh*t or bust year for PEN and if the board can deliver what's promised we are in for a major rerate.
Rising spot would also move things along.
