Notwithstanding the perceived lack of business performance / updates over the period to get the market engaged, the overhang of these now converted Con Notes linked to the market price over a period would likely explain much of the sustained weakness in price over the recent period.
A great entry price for those note holders - 157mil new shares on issued + 251mil that were previously on issue = 408mil now in issue
