I have said my piece previously. Copied below.

I continue to see posts rehashing about what has been done, questions about why they did it, lets get to the bottom of it etc etc.

Why aren't people getting it? You are wasting time on things that have already happened, which you will have no effect on apart from getting extremely frustrated.

Be realistic and accept that this sale is most likely to go through. Anything that has gone before, including the negotiated terms are not going to change. Not because they couldn't, but because the Board won't. If you love hand wringing and dissection of past crap shows then by all means do that some time in the future.

But right now, lets see some focus on something we have a hope of achieving going forward. Can we put pressure on the Board NOW to firmly agree to monetise assets post sale (October) in preparation for wind up H12025?

If we don't achieve that, then I can see miserable posts continuing well into 2025, of the like " when are the Board going to give us our money back?" " why did we trust these f**rs yet again?" etc etc. Don't have Stockholm syndrome, act now.

It should be IMHO the main focus of the AGM. I'm sorry to those who want to grill the Board on what happened, why did you do this when you should have done that, etc. If you didn't learn from FFX that that achieves nothing (apart from some mild satisfaction of watching them squirm), then I can't help you. These things are just a distraction at the AGM, when the main show should be what can we pressure the Boards to do from here realistically to get what we want.

If we don't get at least a commitment from the Board to monetise and return all capital to shareholders as it comes in, then I for one wont be tuning in to this forum next year to listen to people complaining.
