The CEO is on a million and the exit package is triggered if he is sacked or has good reason to leave. My expectation is he will serve out the 2 years remaining on his contract and then be replaced by someone much cheaper.
The price today reflects market sentiment based on the low price of Lithium. If the price remains low then LKE will struggle. I think they will always be able to raise enough to keep the lights on because that amount of money is not large and the upside of success will keep people engaged. If Lilac keep improving the beads the capital costs will reduce and once the EU enforces battery passports clean lithium will attract a premium plus there's always the threat that lithium prices will recover.
