As far as due diligence concerns I think Alex did enough regarding perhaps JW bad acting and was able to accumulation imo extraordinary amount of incompetence, however I agree with you that maybe the numbers were a hit and mis slightly overlooked and underestimated by Alex… Isn’t interesting how what looks like Alex may have found some comfort as a board member even though the current board were most likely involved in the down fall of Ci1.

So what happened to all those up rampers on HC that for years of debates have now quickly fled the seen of the crime lol
