    yeah that is true, I don't really understand the comment about a 'loose register' either, maybe @Gpmm can clarify. There are 2B+ shares on issue, even if the top 20 held 75%, there is hundreds of millions of shares to be traded, and when you look at some of the daily volumes (hardly reaching 2M), I do not think the register is an issue.
