Completely agree with the summary.

What i take issue with is the representation that you can take a "Historic gold mine, bulk sample historic gold mine, mystery vein" and turn around and state that within months "to be generating profit and returns for shareholders by the end of 2023".

Mystery is as the name suggests, and forecasting Profits is just fanciful, taking on debt at 19% to do it is just irresponsible.

But worst of all taking approx.3 years and near enough to $3m and burning it on admin whilst proclaiming how much better things are now is objectionable.
