Does make you wonder how many company / funds are sitting just under 5% or keep rolling options positions etc knowing there will be some value extraction at some point resulting in special divs or fast tracking projects to increase scale efficiency with lower debt collecting cheap stranded tie ins. from minor companies..

There is about 10 key components if any party wants to takeover STO and many would have to be divested with partners having 1st right of refusal etc.

Possibly easier to just control the register and take a large stake and force efficiency and direction of business with board seat than take it over as so many hurdles .
