Weather's always a potential factor but in this case I don't think its been a problem. Most of the time clouds are just that clouds and there may be little or no rain. There days like 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th & 30th of June with cloud most of the day and no rain (at least at the LJ Airport).
There was a picture of the drill rig on the 20th and those conditions weren't muddy so the 12th didn't create issues. Since the 20th there's been ~1cm of rain over the last two weeks of June and the first few days of July (at least at the lake Johnston airport site). That is not going to create unmanageable issues.
