I saw a report that Russia had run out of missiles and due to sanctions was unable to make more in August 2022.
Clearly reports are wildly inaccurate at times.

I guess if what you say is true - that Russia have been unable to replace equipment lost Ukraine will halt the russian advances on the ground. The opposite seems to be happening and Russian advances on the ground appear to be accelerating in July.
