If management can stick to the plan Chris outlined at Fastmarkets that hopefully won't be the case. He said their intention is to secure a strategic partner if and when the Renard option is taken up. He also said the ~$50M they have now will last 12 months - but we've heard that before, so hopefully Plan A (strategic partner) comes off. The most ideal scenario for any up-and-comer in any commodity is to be able to CR at ever higher prices, a bit like WA1 did, but to be fair, when lithium prices crash by 85% that's a virtual impossibility. Had prices stayed at even mid 2023 levels our most recent CR most probably have been done at around $2, as would the one late last year. We just have to wait to see what happens over the next few months.
