a Vet approaching the Dept with a intial liability claim since the 1/12/2023, the processing time is 52 days (total processing time). on Avg those claims are processing within 7 days of receipt.
There's two backlogs, 44k claims which hadn't even been looked at and even bigger backlog of claims which hadn't had a decision which I assume is where you's sits at. The 44k initial backlog is eradicated and now the Dept is working on the determination backlog
