Jeez I have heard some Sheeeeet on this thread. The reality is clear. 4-6 weeks to get finance sorted for this project and bulk SP growth ahead. If not it will be losses for all. I accept the gamble as a that's my choice and that's the market.
If they can't get finance In the bag from here with all potential financial parties on site well it wasn't meant to be. But the numbers add up and everything is looking goods from here In my eyes.
Anyway. let the gamble of this continue. GLTAH
