the problem is we sometimes don't follow it , we first get all hot and flustered, our emotions kick in and @#$@$@#%#$%#@$%#@$%#@$%#$ curse the bloody house down.
we then compose ourselves and buy some more for good measure.
we then curl up in our little corner and ponder what we have done.
meanwhile stock X we have been watching closely takes off while our ugly duckling is struggling to stay afloat.
finally the wife, children and even the beloved dog stand tall ready for the next assault.
