In my opinion, this is why Scott is saying 'Very shortly' etc for the simple fact that he would know that the act has been car parked, ready for approval by the powers that be and literally waiting for bureaucrats to get it sorted. If this in fact the PPSA, it is promising in the mere fact that both parties have now agreed to the terms and it simply needs rubber stamping now. This is a huge positive.
I did read a post recently that stated that there has been no movement re upcoming gazettes for a long time. Yet I was under the impression they flowed through constantly?
