Is this China’s attempt to get around tariffs to secure a foothold in Europe? Turkey has always been a big producer of trucks, buses, and the components for those heavy vehicles. Car manufacturing is not really their thing so this will be interesting.
Hopefully the cost of these will be more based on an increase in production costs regarding labour etc.?
