Biden appears to rule out cognitive test
Stephanopoulos repeatedly pressed Mr Biden on whether he'd take a cognitive test to reassure the American public.
"I got a full neurological test every day," the president said, apparently in a reference to his workload.
"Not only am I campaigning, I'm running the world."
The president said he hadn't taken a neurological or cognitive examination so far because "no-one said I had to".
Mr Biden displayed a robust self-esteem about his achievements and abilities, citing successes on the domestic front in creating jobs and bringing down the costs of some prescription medication.
no explanations or excuses suffice in the presentation. even if jet lag and a cold (in the report he says he was tested and had no virus - the "head cold" is rhinovirus) or even lack of sleep are cited they don'e explain the full picture.
the man is clearly pushed way beyond his physical limits. and the way he presents in the interview suggests stimulation of some sort.
man these are dangerous times.
