I agree with@W534220 about the capital position and the reinsurance issue. At the same time, I think they understand that they have rarely, if ever, operated within the Board's PCA target and that it was easier just to remove the timeframe of "be end 2024" and replace it with "over time" (which could be anywhere from 6 months to 10 years or more). I remain convince that the next update will be "there's uncertain times ahead" and we did say "over time". Maybe they will have another special divvy in Feb 25 after the CEO has been paid her bonus?
