Yep so we are going to have our share holding halved, and then they are going to issue as many new shares and options to get us back to almost the same number of shares we have now.
Potentially very heavy dilution unless the new share issue price is above 40 cents or so.
Either the consolidation will have no effect on the value of existing holder's shares or it will wipe thousands of dollars away...
Im not quite sure whether to hold in BPH or sell out and buy GBA or MMR?
