just doesn't make sense sometimes.
And shouldnt they be looking for something now while lithium is in the toilet.
Maybe start looking next year just doesn't cut it for me.
id be prepared to bet both nuts that management run for the door before befoe then.

they are all just hanging around for their bonuses, most are getting 1-1.5x total fixed remuneration, there will no doubt be other benefits like redundancy probably get them all close to 2 years tfr
